What area will I get the best nursing experience during my preceptorship?

I will be graduating with a BSN in about 14 weeks. For the last 11 weeks I need to pick an area to work with a preceptor. I have worked in med-surg, cath lab, ER, cardiac and oncology. The problem is....I have limited experience in L&D, OB/GYN, NICU. I am still unsure what area of nursing I want to go into when I graduate. I have been advised that ICU is the best place to gain strong overall experience. So should I do my preceptorship in women's care or critical care/ICU? Thanks in advance!

You should pick an area that you are interesed in working as once you get done. Since you are unsure try something new, but if you have any interest in women's care or critical care then maybe go there.
