I would like how to join the US Navy Nurse Corps?

I just graduated from BSN in the Philippines and I'd like to know how can I join the US Navy? Would experience be needed or how would the trainings be?...I'm really looking forward to be part of the US Navy Nurse Corps..:-)

I am not familiar with BSN, but I assume it is some nursing degree, short of an RN. Talk to a recruiter, Professional folks can enter the service as officers through what is called a 'direct commission'. Doctors. attorneys, RNs, Chaplins, etc. are eligible for this. You might not be, but the Navy can surely use you, and there might be a way to continue in Nursing school while in service... see a recruiter

sorry the united states millitary is not accepting recruitment in the navy now you would have to join the marines or the army

start here at this. It is a Commissioning program, which means you will be an officer. You need to find a specialized Navy recruiter who deals with the program. I don't actually know if they will accept your nursing degree from the PI, but you can ask. Maybe they have a conversion for it. It's a question you will need to ask them. Good luck.

You cannot join the US Navy.

You have to be a US Citizen to be an Officer.

Permanent Residents ( with green cards ) can enlist in some ( not all ) enlisted military specialties.

But to be a Nurse in the US Military, you must be a US Citizen.

The last I heard (since the late 1990's) we no longer enlist or take officers from the Phillippines. So unless you are some sort of citizen of the United States I think you are out of luckIf you are now a citizen of the US, go to the recruiting station and ask to talk to the Officer Recruiter. They will tell you about the entire process and if your overseas degree will be valid in the US Navy. This too could be a problem for you. Good luck.

Nurses are Officers and therefore must be US Citizens. If you are not a citizen you cannot be a nurse. If you are a legal permanent Resident with a Green Card, you can enlist, and once you get your citizenship, you can see if your nursing degree is recognized by the Navy and then apply for a Commission.
