What do I need to do to be a Neurology Nurse Practitioner?

I know there are some programs out there, but there aren't very many and they're far from where I live. I would like to know if there is an alternative way to becoming a neurology nurse practitioner. I will receive my BSN in December. Is there a field while getting my MSN that I could focus on? Acute Care? Mental Health?

I live in Texas, and I'm willing to move around Texas (although I prefer San Antonio).

mental health, acute care, icu, er, rehabilitation, all good choices. Avoid working in a general doctor's office unless it is a neurology doctor. Also consider doing an internship where you learn the basics of a field like ICU.
