What job advancements should i look forward to with my MSN in nursing from my BSN level options?

dont really know what I want to do in nursing since there are so many options, should i waste my money/time getting a MSN? if so should i pick the manger or eductor track?

not sure what the pay difference is but i get alot of satisfaction from giving back rather than bossing around

first off you could get a managing or teaching position with just your bsn, but it depends if you want to go on, do you want to teach nursing or direct all the nurses.?
