Where would you look for a job with a BSN, but do not want to work as a nurse?

Hospital management, staff education, infection control, chart quality control, Insurance case managers. College teachers for LPN/LVN programs, Health Department, public health, Behavioral Health educator and staff development, even Phamaceutical sales........... the list goes on and on.

I know you don't want to work as a nurse, but you could be a school nurse, that's just mostly paperwork and band-aids. Also, one of the perks of your job is a ton of respect from your co-workers. There is the problem of parents at times, but schools really support their nurses. Plus, you get your own "national school nurses day" and you get presents... :)

    No, I'm pretty sure there's not. Most BSN nursing programs take more than a year, unless you're transferring into the program with a lot of relative credits already.
