Strengths and weaknesses of a certified nurse assistant?

I need categories or actual strengths and weaknesses for my 6 mo. evaluation form for work. I know theyre supposed to be mine but i dont know where to start, if anyone can name some. As far as weaknesses that is a tricky question, what can i write down without burning myself? Thanks!

You are absolutely right that this is a tricky question. I would recommend you write only as many weaknesses as required, but make sure that these weaknesses include things that you're pretty sure other people have noticed.

Showing that you recognize the flaws that co-workers or your boss might have noticed or complained about before is also showing that you're attempting to improve in that area. In other words, write weaknesses that are already well known. You wouldn't be burning yourself any more than your reputation owes, but you are showing that these are weaknesses you recognize and thus improves your reputation.

To emphasize on this, as a strength you could add something like "not afraid to recognize weakness to strive for improvement," in your own words.

Don't be afraid to recognize your strengths. I'm sure you have many.
