Please doctors or nurses answer! Kidney infection for 3 weeks and i am scared and don't know what to do PLEASE

I have had a kidney infection for 3 weeks now and have been on 3 different med's and it has gotten worse i ended up on the hospital for 4 days and i have been out for 2 days and it is getting bad again i don't know what to do. I was vomiting and very dehydrated so i ended up in the hospital with iv's! well now i am starting to feel tired again! And it burns bad again when i pee! I am not running a fever but i am afraid that because i have had it for so long that it will get into my blood stream. It seems like it is resistant to the meds that they have given me! When i was in the hospital i started to feel better but when i came home i started to feel bad again! THey did a ultra sound and said my kdneys look fine but my urinalysis and blood show infection! Please tell me what to do my parents are out of town again and i am 15 so i can't really do a whole lot! Do you think that it will get into my blood stream!

Is there another adult who can take you to the doctor or ER? It sounds like you need to go. Any infection only worsens when not taken care of. Sounds like you need a different antibiotic, the one they gave you didn't work for you. You can have your parents to fax a consent for treatment to the hospital ER or doctors office, the receptionist will take care of it by calling your parents.

Surely you can get ahold of you parents, or a grandparent, aunt or uncle, adult friend or neighbor who can help you out. You need to be on antibiotics! If they are not healing it, then you need to see a urologist. Tell your parents they need to come HOME,or get a family member to get you to the E.R.

PUSH THE FLUIDS!!!!! ESPECIALLY WATER! ALSO TEA, KOOLAID, POPSICLES, JELLO, AND SOAK IN THE TUB SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, TO HELP YOUR BODY ABSORB FLUIDS, TO HELP AVOID DEHYDRATION! NO SODAS!!!!!!!
