Health and stress!? |
ok last week at work i began to feel really hot, i wouldn't sweat or anything just feel like i was burning up.. after like 20 mins it went away but i would be left feeling really lightheaded, dizzy and faint with an overwhelming feeling of sickness and a pounding headache... my pulse and blood pressure dropped the second time this happened i got the sensation of feeling hot and a rash appeared on my face it was red and appeared on my nose, cheeks and forehead after a while both symptons went but i was left with the lightheadedness etc... this has happened previously a couple of months ago and i actually blacked out for about 10 seconds.. ive been to my g.p but he doesn't know what it is and is really unhelpful! im a student nurse and can't afford to have any more time off!!! any suggestions? oh and i keep needing to pee ( idunno if its related!) just to add im 19, when i went to my g.p the first time round about two/three months ago he did do a full blood test and said if there were any problems he get back to me and i didnt hear anything from him so persumed they were ok?! Well obviously you're blood check was fine as there were no physical problem's. I think what you have goping through is Big Panic Attacks. Are you worried about anything generally or do you feel otherwise alright? Even so, Panic Attacks can hit anybody at any time, that's what the problem most likely is. I hope you don't have to go through that again as you can never tell just how big the attack can get. But do not let yourself feel any worse when you are actually having an attack could be diabeties, could be the menopause (you dont say your age but it can come early) could be that your stressed and this is your bodies way of making you stop. could be a virus, could be that your at a low weight for your health to be working properly, and so your body is not able to function properly.... please join-anxiety/panick and insomnia suppport on yahoo groups x x |
