I have lost weight in the means to get in shape, but in the process, I used fat burners, pushed myself into an eating disorder, and only ate 900 cals a day. Im 19, 5'11, and Have gained some weight back to about 118. I want to get back into shape, with out getting scary skinney. Thats what I had become. How do I do this with out getting too thin? I work out 3 days strieght, then take a day off. I do tae bo amped, so i burn about 500-700 cals. How many cals should I eat a day to keep my body from getting to thin??? if you want to lose weight then you should ideally be eating a healthy balanced diet that is low in crap and high in protein, fibre and all the good stuff you hear people going on about. it sounds like you have a fairly good exercise routine as long as you recover on your rest day. you dont really need to be worrying about how much you eat at your age to an extent. about 2000 to 2200 with that amount of exercise should allow you to get into shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle and thats quite a lot of food if you eat right. you at an opk weight now, but yopu should put on aboput 5 more pounds |
