Irritated vagina, nurses please answer!? |
my labia minora have been itchy and iritated feeling, i do not have any unusual discharge and it does not burn when i urinate, but i noticed that when i wipe after urination, there was a little blood on the toilet paper, from irritation, not a period. what could this be? Sounds like you have Irritational Vaginal Labiosis. Its nothing big, you just need to follow a few simple steps and you'll be back to normal. smear some peanut butter (creamy type) on your vagina. Have your dog lick it. It could be any number of things. The first that comes to my mind is an allergy to detergent or a feminine hygiene product. BUT, without any blood work or cultures, i can't diagnose anything. Please see your doctor. Until you get there, a cool "sitz bath" might alleviate that itching. Please see your doctor ASAP, you sound miserable. u could be allergic to whatever u wash your clothes with or u can have a uti ( urinary tract infection) try dranking some cranberry juice. and making a doctor appt. First let me say, there's no such thing as Irrational Vaginal Labiosis. Do NOT follow that person's advice! Use some common sense, why would you want an animal that licks it's own and other animals butts to lick a bleeding area on your body? Make an appointment with your gyn. It could be an allergic reaction, yeast infection or STD (you didn't mention whether or not you're sexually active). |
