I have a temp of 102.6 but I feel fine, why? What is this?

I am a 14 year old girl, and I am not getting my period, and I am not pregnant

I took my temperature because one of my teachers told me I looked flush and she felt my forehead and told me I was burning up, so I had to go to the nurse to get my temp taken and was sent home

You could be dehedraded or may just start getting a cold..or u might have a touch of hay fever..drink some orange juice and take a few tylonals to help take the fever down and rest check your tempature every few hours to make sure it hasnt gone up!...if your tempature is like this tomorow i do not recomend going to school you should probley go to see a doctor

Take care of yourself tonight, take some antibiotics.
If you still have a high temp tommorow,
go see a doctor.
