Can any Americans answer this question for me?

Say you have a man or woman who was born with a disibility such as burn with no arms or legs does the government cover financially for that person if they can't afford to pay some one to come in and take care of them, such as a nurses aid, personal support worker, etc... If not what is that person to do??

You have to go through a long application process. You get turned down, then have to do it again. What you get is SSI for about $500 per month depending on your factors. Whether SRS will pay for a nurse depends on whether medicaid will cover such expenses. The government does not "automatically" cover anything, and most of the time, the aid package they do give is tiny. Call Social Security and SRS if you have those needs.

they can get some aid from the Gov. but not enough to live off of, most of them have someone who can take care of them, but some...live under the bypass and hold signs for money and booze

For the most part, yes. But, it always depends on existing disability laws and the government's evaluation of each specific case.

Yes in America you would qualify for disability and your medical bills would be covered by the government and they would send you a disability check to live on every month. My best friend just went on disability due to severe back problems and no longer being able to work.

Our goverment has programs to help out people with disabilities. To the exact extent your are speaking of, it depends.

gov provides that person with funds which allows family to provide care and if family can't then person can be put in a care
assisted facility.

Yes, the government does. It is called medicaid, disability pay, social security insurance, ect., ect. There are also numerous agencies and non-profit organizations that are geared towards helping those people who need it most.
