Dizzy, nauseous with headaches?

I'm 16yr old female and in a nursing class, one day we had a guest speaker come in from a burn unit and were told to eat a good breakfast (which I did) since some pictures were graphic. I was fine until the last few minutes and all of a sudden I got really light-headed and started sweating and gagging. I didn't even think the picture was that gross.
Then, we went to the hospital and I was just standing there (no weird smells or anything) and I started to feel like I was going to faint. And a third time I got slightly light-headed but managed to control it. I also had slight cramps a few days ago, but figured it was due to my period which was suppose to come the next day but hasn't yet. I know I can't be pregnant, so any ideas of what it could be? By the way, almost everything happened during my morning class.

Have you been checked for hypoglycemia? That sounds like a distinct possibility. Think of what you ate for breakfast, for one thing. Was it mostly starchy or sugary?

Low blood sugar? Fatigue? Not getting enough sleep?

Sometimes even though your brain isn't that grossed out the physiological response from your body can be different.

What are you eating for breakfast? If it is mostly carbs like pancakes or cereal you may have a blood sugar problem.
Dizziness, nausea, headaches, and tummy aches are all associated with high blood sugar. Not necessarily diabetes, but maybe you don't process sugar normally, especially in the morning when sugar levels should be at their lowest. Get a metabolic panel done. It can't hurt!
