Changing jobs?

I don't like my job anymore, I feel so burnt out. ( I'm a nurse)
What should I do?

What kind of nurse are you? Do you work in a dr office, nursing home, hospital, home health etc... If you have your bachelor degree have you thought about going back to school to get a master in something you do want to do. Sometimes just a change of location helps. I worked at a really good hospital for 2 years then became a traveler and ended up in some terrible ones. I now work in a pediatric nursing home and really enjoy it (mostly). Are you cut out for management or to work in administration? There are RNs in so many places, radiology nurses assist with procedures. I worked with a nurse who was very burnt out she started her own coffee stand and is much happier.
