Excercise and Nutrition Help, Please!? |
I have been running 3 days a week, approx. 3 miles each time. I also do some light weights maybe once a week. I have 3 children ages 6, 4, and 18 months and am still nursing my 18 month old which burns calories. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and I eat a Balance Bar before my runs. I tend to hit a wall in the afternoon and I run out of energy. I know I have a lot on my plate (no pun intended) but I need some healthy suggestions on how to improve on my nutrition to increase my energy level so I can go all day and not waste away to nothing. I am 5 ft 4 in. and weigh between 120-125. Any suggestions? I only occasionally drink caffeine, and at that it's minimal. Try the abs diet. It is a great diet with meal plans and ez to follow ..not to mention FAST recipes.. 30 min for most..and they are good...I promise.. It is full of shakes and quick ez plans. Which is perfect for a busy mom! Good Luck! |
