Switching drs how to make sure?

I went to this doctor who was really nice who wanted to help me with us been not being able to conceive after 23 months but i pretty much made an a@@ out of myself because i called up there and ask for my paps and shes like there wasnt a pap preformed and i was like okay then why was he down there...lol anyways i started going to the doctor who delevered my daughter afterwards
I dont like my doctor at all she said that i needed to lose 65 pounds and then she told me not to come back til i did. She's just not helping at all then last week i had a green discharge so i called up there and talked to her nurse she asked does it itch? burn or smell? and i told her no. She's like i dont know what you have and prescribed me meds anyways. Now ive been cramping on the right side and left side where my ovaries are really bad and i called back and she flat out told me that she doesnt have time to fit me in and that when i go to the walkin clinic dont tell them about the meds they gave me...

because they will just blame it on the meds but this was going on before the meds even started. I just think its a bunch of bs because we have really good insurance and the bit...cant fit me in??!! what the heck? How do i make sure i get switched to a new doctor when ive told them before i wanted to go back to the old doctor and they keep putting me back through to my doctor who delevered my daughter even tho i specificly say who i want???

who keeps giving you this doctor? if you're not happy, you should be able to find your own. It's hard finding a good doctor and you dont' know until you see the practice or are being recommended by someone else.

boy oh boy that sounds crazy! You need to call up doctors and ask if they take your insurance. If they do ask them to set up an appointment, they will ask for all your insurance information (give it to them if they don't) and they will take it from there. By the time you go in, it should all be cleared. and do tell them that the doctor gave you those meds without really checking you, and that you had those problems before.
That doctor you have sounds really fishy!
good luck to you.

Do some research on some other doctors and when you call to change doctors, you can always ask the person helping you who they would recommend. That's what I did. The doctors they have been hooking you up with suck. You don't deserve to be treated like that. Also, I had a friend that had some green discharge right before she went into labor with her son. It may be a sign of pregnancy, I'm not sure. Good Luck!
