HELP!!! I want junk food after working out!!!? |
How do I eat healthy with no self control! Everytime I work out I feel like I want a big huge juicy cheese burger! And even after Ive worked out if I eat a few hours after all I think about is "well there goes my workout" so I feel like its pointless to workout. But, I NEED to lose 25lbs!!! I just feel like if I eat I need to work out. Im a nursing student so I know I burn calories all the time and need to eat healthy and have exercise but how do I stop thinking like this!! God im crazy!! lol A post workout meal is actually recommended by most experts.A cheeseburger probably wouldn't be your best bat.Try having chicken,yogurt,turkey or fish for protein(fish probably doesn't compare to the cheeseburger in your eyes).Then you should try to have some good complex carbs.Rice,potatoes,wheat pasta,green beans,broccoli etc.These items also contain mostly healthy fats. Boo hoo,I got a thumbs down for my best answer.I wonder who did that? You probably are craving sugar for energy .... try grapes. That may help him your cravings |
