I have heart burn bad vomitting and when i swallow my back hurt,im 11 weeks pregnant what can i do?

i know i have nausea but the vomitting is out of control.my antenatal check ups are fine so my nurses see no need to worry but i know what my body is going through. i cant hold food down.everything seem to be to big for my throat swallow no matter how much i chew the food up i feel it going down my back

You may have reflux....I had this early in my last pregnancy (due to the hormones, evidently). It was miserable! After the first trimester, my doctor prescribed Protonix (a med for reflux) and it helped SIGNIFICANTLY! It stopped the heartburn and the nausea. Ask your doctor if you can safely try any prescription medication.

Tums is safe for pregnant women. At least that will help with the heartburn.
