Can you burn trans fat? |
My friend says that her old tumbling coach said you can not burn off trans fat, then i told my other friend and she siad no because her mom is a nurse and she knows these things! So which one is it? yes, their are many types of fats. some bad such as trans fat and some good such as the ones that come from fish oil which actually promote fat loss. The difference bet wen them is the rate at which they burned off by your body, so some fats take longer than others to burn off. I believe the suggested amount of trans fats per day is 1.5 g but I'm not absolutely sure. yeah, you can You can burn it just like any other fat, it's just more likely to clog and stick to your arteries. |
