Pediatric burns nurses?

Just wondering, firstly is there such a thing as a pediatric burns unit and if so, do most hospitals have them? Stupid question I know but when I search nothing comes up.
Also anyone whos worked as a nurse, pediatric, burns or anything I'd love to hear what its really like!

there are indeed pediatric burn units, most of them are found specifically in children's hospitals around the country.
personally, as a nurse, I hated working in children's hospitals, witnessing the pain those kids go thru was more than I could tolerate. Add to that the acting out and misbehavior of those kids well enough to do so, and it has to be one of the toughest jobs in nursing there is.
