Nursing Journal?

My professor asked me to do a nursing journal for any topic we'd already covered for our medical surgical class? I didn't really understand the explanation as to how to make one? Does anyone have an idea on how to create a Nursing journal? For example for Clients with Burns.

i'm a new nursing student and our professor hasn't asked us to that yet. But i guess, just use the format in getting the vital/cardinal signs (i think, that's required for all types of journals). Your best option is to go to a nearest hospital and ask for a copy from a nursing station.good luck!
