Strange sci-fi dreams?

Since people gave me interesting interpretations of one of my other dreams, I thought I would post this one I had about a week ago.

I was on a different planet with a valley, and then a huge grass forest all around it. People had recently gone missing and we suspected that it had something to do with the forest. I decided that I would go and camp out by the edge of the forest (it was impossible to get in)I was getting ready to sleep and I kept seeing ghost like people (the people that had gone missing). A doctor and nurse, and a little girl. I was in my bed in the dream, and I pretended to sleep. When I awoke, the grass was gone and there was a giant room in its place. I entered and it turned out the grass was retractable. Finally, I was informed that they tried to keep people out because you were stuck in the forest by day, and could only come out at night. Since I had entered, I was now stuck too.

Any ideas?

I just always seem to get writer's block halfway through.

I always think that anyone who has a dream like this should write it down as a story. To me this sort of dream shows a very creative mind. Do you write? If not why don't you give it a try.
