Gifts for Nurses?

My mother-in-law is an amazing Christian woman and a cardiac critical care nurse at a local hospital. She is also one of my "cheer leaders" in life. What kind of gift would she appreciate from me the most? She is 50 something and married. Our budget is limited but she is worth stretching the dollar for. She is also a fabulous grandma to my seven children. She is my husband's step mother but we think of her as "mom."
