What is obamas plan to give health care to all citizens?

i know hilary's which is a really stupid idea but i don't know obama's. cna someone tell me what it is?

If you have children you will be forced to pay for their healthcare, but you are free to go uninsured if you want. He is basically mandating healthcare of families with children under 21.

He has subsidies, but you will have to be poor to get them, but that is already available through medicade, so that part of his plan is not new, he just throws more money at it.

I would like to hear why you think her plan is stupid. Please speak economics too me. Explain to me why her plan would be "stupid". I know you can do this because apparently you have a great knowledge of healthcare and econimics oh great wise one.
