Who is the food plan for? Different ages would require different plans, same with your exercise plan. Get some real brownie points stored up with your teacher by asking for some more specific guidelines and ask again.. more advice would then be available. Good luck with it by the way.

What do you mean by a food plan?? Do you mean a healthy eating plan for a person to stick to every day?? If yes then just look in any magazin cosmo and the likes they always have some diet ir another in there, you could use that for format ideas and then just put healthy food in.

Check out the my food pyramid web site, sorry I am blanking on the URL. Here you can find out how much one should eat based on age, activity level, etc. You will have to make your own menu/food log, but then you can type it in and the site will evaluate it for nearly everything. There is also an activity section. This is a totally free site.

Gracie, web pages such as BBC will have ideas on healthy eating and the supermarkets have healthy-eating meal ideas.

Try googling for basic food needs, ths should give you an idea of how much of which food stuffs we all need each day e.g.. how much fat we need, how much carbohydrates we need etc.

Remember, always keep track of the websites you use, and any infor you get from them should be suitably titled with the websites name and URL.
