Where can I find a healthy diet meal plan? Don鈥檛 care about losing weight, only eating for good health.? |
Every internet search I try produces a host of sites about losing weight or calorie counting or gives ideas on how to eat healthy. I want a list of simple healthy meals I can use to create a meal plan, or even a healthy meal plan already made. What I鈥檓 looking for is a plan that says, 鈥淗ey, here is a list of meals you could eat every day for a month a be healthy.鈥?/div> go to www.self.com and sign up for their self challenge...you don't really have to do anything, but its free and they will give you some menus of good food! Try the Canada food guide. It will tell you exactly how many portions of each food group you should be eatting each day in order to stay healthy. Cheers Ediets.com is a great site to go for this. My son is a trainner, he says lay off the red meat and pork, also eat fresh vegetables or frozen ones. If you use can vegatables rinse them well to get rid of the salt. I go to weight watchers and not only does it help with weight loss but it teaches healthy eating habits, and gives Tons of ideas about how to eat healthy and ideas for great meals. |
