Hillarys health care prog.- is it mandatory?

if hillary when president, her plan for health care does it include it mandatory that all americans have it? Making it a law?

it doesnt really amount to anything, because even if hillary wins the presidency, se cant introduce this healthcare program, only someone in congress can, and as we all no congress cant agree on anything. i highly doubt it would ever go into effect.

That is the debate - she is essentially mandating coverage on everyone, but it is less clear as to who will be funding it for those who cannot afford the premiums. She has not clearly defined an opt-out option for those opposed to western medicine for religious reasons, or for those who seek eastern or holistic medicine ( I cannot believe that she will make homeopathic medicine an in network option ). It is a way to say she satisfies a public outcry, but where does she change the system to benefit the subscriber? At this point the health care system needs a federal monitor and a cap on the cost of doing business, the industry is out of control, and the reality of her plan is to force everyone to participate before the issues in the industry are corrected. And how convenient to force us to fund our current system in an attempt to bribe a price reduction but not correct the economic policies that have corrupted the system. Be wary of this plan, it is not universal heathcare, it is totalitarian healthcare.

NO. You don't have to be in any particular heath plan, you just have to be in one. If you have insurance now, and want to keep it, her plan says you just keep doing that. The only people that would be required to purchase insurance are the ones that don't have any now, and refuse to go into the new options created that are affordable.

Who does everyone think is paying for the health care of the uninsured people now? WE ARE! Her plan is just asking them to pay their fair share.
