Can I get temporary health care coverage inbetween plans?

I'm switching jobs and have about 30 days where I will have no insurance. What can I do to get my prescriptions covered for that amount of time? I'm looking for something affordable and legit.

You can get short term medical insurance to cover you for catastrophic occurrences but it won't cover pre-existing conditions and won't cover the medication you are currently taking. Even when you get insurance again keep the card because often you will pay less with the card than you would with the insurance.
