As anyoneone heard of ASI (health care saving plan) ? if so let me know if not please email me for info.?

ASI is not insurance, but a, "discount," plan. As has been written in this forum many, many times, these discount plans are rarely, if ever, worth the investment.
As you know, there are no free lunches in this world. This doesn't mean that you must break the bank to have sufficient health insurance coverage though.
Locate the local Blue Cross in your state. On their website will be prices and coverage offered, and you may apply online most likely. Consider an HSA, (health saving account,) plan. These plans are reasonably priced and may still cover your annual preventive exams without having to meet the high deductible.
