Which Democratic Presidential (Hillary or Obama) canidate has the best Health Care plan?

It seems the key differences are that Clinton wants universal healthcare which is a generic healthcare for everyone...most likely it will come out of your wages somehow...
Obama wants to reduce costs for healthcare making it affordable for everyone. He wants to do this with government subsidies probably through taking tax cuts from the weathly and other federal subsidies re-investing in domestic programs like healthcare...I think Obamas plan is better because it will actually work- also people will still be able to choose who their doctors are and afford specialized healthcare..etc... it will just be affordable..
Im not a proponent for Clintons generic healthcare and the misconception is that it will be free- it will not be free.
Also, Clinton has been trying to get her universal healthcare plan approved for years and the Senate has not approved it... so what's to say it will be implemented just because she is president she still has to go through the Senate

Neither one of them really take care of the problem. I think John Edwards had a better plan. I still can't understand why people didn't pay more attention.

Neither - their health care plans are stupid. I don't want to pay more in taxes just so someone who has smoked and/or ate horribly their whole life can get cancer treatments.

It would cost a lot less to concentrate more on prevention than treating existing conditions.

If people would only pay attention to the ingredients they put in their body, the health of people in our country would dramatically improve.

Americans need Universal Health Care like Obama needs a tanning bed. If you read a little deeper it will be Mandatory. Yes that is mandatory regardless if you need it or not. the ones who cannot afford it will get a free ride on the taxpayers money. I am all for helping people getting back on their feet, but there needs to be a national weening of the American tit.

IF they vote Hiterly and her Communist ideas we will be standing in line for aspirin.

Both are currently on the same page but Obama is seeming to be the better nowadays.

I am not familiar with Obama's plan but Hillary's would garnish our paychecks to finance healthcare for everyone, including those who could afford to buy insurance but chose not to, plus her plan would provide insurance for the children of illegal aliens. No wonder the latinos want to vote for her.

Hillary wants to enslave Americans and then their individual masters can decide what if any healthcare we deserve--as long as our owners can still get rich that's all that counts.

Obama has the best plan: Elect a Black man and then ALL Americans can be free and all bets are off. We shall rise and get what we want and deserve.

Once we elect a real president and not a corporate stooge, Congress will cower in fear for their jobs, and they will know that it is not the corporations and oil companies that own them, but we as the Real Americans own their goddamm slimly little asses and they had better start listening and listening good.

I do not know enough about Obama's plan to say one way or the other. Hillary has been trying to get her health care plan passed for 15 years. She has not been able to get enough Democrats or republicans to support it. She keeps bring it up and no one will support her. Her plan would force everyone to buy health insurance and if they fail to do so they could be fined by the government, have their wages attached, and be forced to pay for a policy the government selects for them. It is a win win proposition for the insurance companies; her bill does not include making the insurance companies more supportive of our health needs or expanding coverage for catastrophic medical needs. She says it will bring health care costs down; yeah - like mandatory auto insurance did. I would suggest the government do more to force insurance companies to be more customer supportive, force medical providers to be more reasonable (isn't it sad a doctor would let a person die if they don't have enough money for a kidney transplant or other serious problem) and allow more health care costs to be tax deductible. Making the insurance companies richer will not help.

Neither one will work unless it uses the single payer system. If the middle men ( hospitals,insurance companies,HMO,s) are not removed from the system you will never be able to contain costs and the spiral will only continue. Single payer system is used by the others and that is why it works; and not to forget the biggie, there is no such thing as pre-existing conditions.
