When will Clinton unveil the penalty for NOT having health insurance under her universal health care plan?

Clinton's universal healthcare plan, unfortunately, sounds alot like car insurance, since, it is against the law and considered a crime to drive without car insurance. Not to mention, with car insurance, you pay money on a monthly/annual basis regardless if you've had an accident or not, as well as face paying a higher premium IF you do get into a fender-bender. So Hillary, is this what Americans can expect under your mandate?

she and bill had 8 years to get this health plan right. and as we both know, her first health plan debacle failed miserably. and i have no confidence in her succeeding the second time around.

the only people who will benefit from her current proposed health care plan are her friends, the corporate hmo owners.

we will be forced to buy insurance from them and when we don't we will be penalized.

so look for our paychecks to be garnished, for us to be fined and possibly jailed.

After she is elected, then we will get the bad news that all of our taxes are being raised to pay for health insurance for all the illegal aliens and uninsured.

as soon as she gets in the white houser she will automatically raise your taxes then tell you that you that you will pay for those who can pay for it, then raise your taxes again, your employer will decided that its cheaper to pay into the system instead of pay for your insurance so they will drop you, so then you go and have to pay for the UHC, everyone ends up on it, brilliant isnt it, its exactly what she wants

Your wages will be garnished or you will face a steep penalty.. but that's all she will say on the matter. She will not say how much or what that penalty might be.. and she has been asked several times. She also doesn't know how she will get everyone who is employed to sign up. Now, for those who are unemployed and living off the government dime
( FEMA) or the illegals, they don't have to worry. They'll be covered, too.

France has the best health care in the world. They also have a 52% tax base. This plan will not be nearly as good and will cost more.

No act of legislation could require you to purchase anything. It simply is not constitutional. Besides, congress would never shove through something like that and expect to be reelected. Mandate, shmandate. The executive branch may initiate policy, but they do not legislate.

There won't be a separate penalty; she'll just have the IRS alleviate the money from your bank account.

It actually sounds more like a crime syndicate's "insurance" racket. Too bad the US government is the one crime syndicate that doesn't need to worry about getting prosecuted under the RICO laws.

Government officials are going to keep on doing these kinds of things to people until the officials are taught to fear the wrath of ordinary Americans again. Forget the voting booth. Get a rifle, learn to shoot, learn to shoot even better, stock up on ammo, and, when the time comes, join with your fellow Americans to fight AGAINST your government FOR your country.

On MSNBC's website under her "healthcare issue" headline it said she would not be able to get it done until her second term...

People probably said the same thing about Medicare when it first began. Only the very rich would be able to afford it at this point in time and we would have a humanitarian crisis with all the elderly unable to get medical care.

Anyone who thinks we are not already paying for healthcare is simply not paying attention. We have Medicaid, Medicare, medical benefits for prisoners, coverage for illegal immigrants, medical benefits for government employees, indigent care, and bankruptcies due to medical bills--all paid for by our tax dollars. Every time we purchase something, part of the cost is due to medical coverage. Every time people are unable to pay their hospital bills, where do you think the money comes from? It has to come from somewhere and it IS coming from us already.

People who are paying all these costs for others and are still not able to have coverage for themselves are fed up. The costs rise dramatically as people age and if a person has certain chronic diseases they are completely uninsurable. People are putting off retirement, tying up jobs that young workers could get, because they can't afford medical coverage and must wait until age 65 for Medicare. Try over $1,000 per month over age 60.

We need preventative medicine and wellness programs in our youth to prevent gigantic costs later in life. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

She has just recently said that your check will be garnished if you do not sign up for the "plan". The cost by her current estimate is $120 billion, but in real government dollars would be at least 4-5 times that amount. Then, it is the government. When has the government done anything right? Do you want the same people that run the post office and medicare running health insurance.

The penalty will be that they will completely rule your life. ('they' meaning the Federal Government and all it's friends out in Russia, Germany and China)
They will take your hard-earned, much-inflated money...use it to support them, and the U.N., and Planned Parenthood (to kill all your rotten offspring before they get a chance to breathe) and then tell you to go back to work because greed is never satisfied.

Then, any children that their two-child (or less) policy allows you to have will be forced into government regulated facilites which will turn them out into very smart and polished "Hillary's Youth" (wait...we already have those....Public Schools!).

Finally, when you are old, weary, and tired....when arthritis has eaten away at your joints and so stiffened your legs that you cannot walk very well, and have to quit work....you are no longer useful to the state (you can't make money for them...duh!) you will be put to sleep....just like any un needed dog, and your parts re-used for some deserving public official.

If you refuse to comply with this sparkling (brave) new world, you will be stripped of all your 'priveleges' as a citizen, and sent to prison, a re-education compound (prison), a work camp (prison), or speedily and silently executed.

Looks like it. She's in a bind because she blasted Obama for not making adult health insurance mandatory. Also she's claiming that if EVERYONE had insurance, costs would be lower, therefore, she has to force it on everyone.

However, as she's not resolving the abuses with the insurance, it's not going to do anything. Remember that more than half of all bankruptcies are over medical bills AND 75% of those folks HAVE INSURANCE.

You've got to get to the REAL problems to fix the system and she has failed to do that.

Very good question, it must be unpopular or she would have released it by now.

Maybe it is in the thousands of her white house documents that are sealed until after the election!
