If service users were kept updated about their care plans..what effect would it have on them?

it depends on the type of service user learning disabilities old people etc
in the case of learning disabilities it could help them to develop by setting achievable targets which as they achive encourages them to go further
in most cases it will make them happier as they can have their say in what they do where they go etc the more input you can get the better
this will have the benifit of having happier gervice users and therefore happier staff and a more relaxed atmosphere in the home
