What are the aims and objectives of a care plan? |
looking at a new career in residential work and need to know this for the interview Basically..A care plan addresses a problem with a solution. i cant tell u in technical language but basically its a plan for the care and treatment of someone (in my case my mother who has dementia) it gives a case history, details of all the next of kin, doctors treating her etc, her likes and dislikes and objectives of her care. hope this helps a bit. its given to the social worker, the family and any carers so they have all the information they need its what can be done to better the area |
