Now i am 70 kg height is 5.3" i am planning to reduce 10 kg for Rs. 11000/- thousand in The body care. pls tell me is it really works

Until you can read it, cut out the junk food, up your water intake, don't drink sodas of any kind including diet, and eat fresh fruits/veggies and lo-fat proteins to get a head start.
