Who is planning to implement national health care?

I just watched the Obama YouTube Health Care proposal.

Hillary has been accused of this very thing. She has considered and denounced this plan based on lack of success in other countries. Hillary has come up with a doable plan. She has done her homework on this issue.

They all know it will never pass the senate but hope people are stupid enough to fall for this election year ploy.

No socialized health care plan will work. I am opposed to socialized medicine. The health care industry and the health insurance industry are swamped with government regulations as it is. More government will not make them better.

It is unclear who will implement it, but it is a "no brainer" who will pay for it.
