As a Care Assistant myself i can tell you there are a lot of laws to take into consideration when dealing with a client. The main ones are:- all, moving and handling, coshh, care standards, health and safety at work, pressure problems, sharps if on any injections. Risk assesments. all from basics all the way up. All the laws pertaining to the care of a an individual. If its an elderly or handicapped person there are special laws |
