why isit important to assesss the needs of the individual and put a care plan into place An individual needs to be assessed so it can be agreed the amount and level of care thats required, a care plan is put in place so that carers can refer to and make notes of any changes with individuals & let next shift of carer know what has been done at last visit. can u help me more plz i have 20 Q on this topic u have helped me a lot Report It because that individual doesnt cease to be a person whos veiws and ideals should be ignored somply because they need care or have to go into care ,everyone must be treated as an individual,and have their rights respecteced,they must be treated eith dignity and respect as you would like to be treated |
