What's the importance of community health nursing?

If you are in a third world country, most of the patients in need of medical attention are those who can't afford to go to hospitals or those who have no access to medical supplies or facilities. These people are the people who compose your community in community health nursing. And these people amounts to more than the number of the people you will find in hospitals or clinics. So nurses and even docs are instructed on community nursing and how to render it most effectively.
