A. delayed
B. emergent
C. immediate
D. urgent

if u mean to determine the triage level for this patient, i will rate it as urgent.

It depends on how low the pts Oxygen saturation, what causes the SOB is impt too. Lung sounds, Pts medical Hx. etc. I would categorize it as urgent or emergent. Assessment. Assessment, Assessment..... Report It
