What job is better? flight attendant or nurse?

why?

I was a nurse before I was a cop, I think flight attendant would be better. Even though since 911, so many rules and regulations and training for them have been placed in account, I still feel its better. It would take a very dedicated person to do the job of a FA, but the rewards can pay off.

Nurse...at least when they help people it is for the good of them, not serving them food in the sky...wow that takes skills..

flight attendent.........no poop, pee, or blood
well, most of the time at least

flight attendant :-)

Flight attendant. In all airlines, once you are an attendant you are allowed to fly whenever wherever (as long as you say beforehand) and they get paid an outstanding amount of money. Not to mention they get to travel everywhere, for free, and their hotels are paid for, (only the best resorts etc) definitely a flight attendant.

Nurse.

more fulfilling... and NO Seniority...

As a Nurse I can afford to travel in my own time.
FA's get flight perks but get bumped off during peak travel times like holidays. bummer!!! so this makes the "great" discounts on ticketrs useless.

FA's don't get paid much (mediocre income but good "per diem" pay if you fly overseas) and have to travel even when it's terrible weather and thunderstorms.

PS
and for those who think that Nurses just clean poop and pee
here's the 411 for you... that's only bedside nursing... I don't do that at all... there are other things a nurse can do and get paid much for it... Research, Case Management, Utilization Review and others.

haven't you heard, they call F.A.'s waitresses in the sky...
but it really looked like a glamorous job while I was doing it ... LOL

Oh, man. That's tough. Um - if I could. I would do both! Nurse because I help people and flight attenedant because I give people food LOL.

Good question.
=D

Nurse. Less chance of being killed. There are too many plance crashes now a days. So I'd go with nurse.
