How to get my fiance to test for HIV !?

I am engaged to a gorgeous girl and we are about to get married. We went to do our premarital tests (which included hiv) a while ago and everything came out ok. Now I have a phobia from needles and I assume that the nurse who draws blood may always make the mistake and re use a previously used needle on me. I watched my needle and I made sure its new but I didnt watch here coz I wasnt paying attention. Now I am worried and I need her to do the test one last time just for my peace of mind but I dont know what to tell her. Do u guys have any excuse on how to get her to do the test again??

You know what would be hilarious? If she was fine, but when she went back to get that HIV test, she got stuck with a dirty needle.

Why do you want to up her chances?

You need to get over your phobia. You have trust issues as well and you trying to trick your fiancee into taking the test again shows you have issues you need to take care of...not her. Shame on you! See a therapist because you may never be 100% sure she took the test!

I think it is a phobia you have, you have to trust her on this, if the tests came back fine, then you are all set to get married, you have got to get over your phobia, since you already got tested, and everything came back fine, then trust in the fact that everything is fine!

This is absurd. I am a registered nurse and you do not need to have the test done again because of who the needle may or may not have been stuck in. We just don't leave needles hanging around with everyone's blood in it, it goes directly into the tube after we draw. Get a grip on your self, you sound like you are very paranoid about nothing.

just tell her!!!

short & simple

Communicate with her and tell her this . But they are careful and do not reuse needles. This phobia is understandable and i am sure she will understand as well.

Nurses are trained professionals and perform this procedure many times every day. It's a lot like when you wipe your butt, you don't put the poopy paper on the back of the toilet so you can use it the next time. Just like the nurses and their needles, you dispose of it.
Isn't the real reason you want her to get another test is because you think she's cheated on you since since the last one? The "needle phobia " story isn't believable.

You need to get over it due. She took the test and it came out fine. You are a control freak and if she were asking what she should about your phobia I'd tell her to dump you. You have to except the her test is right too. Doctors offices and lab offices can't use needles twice they have to dispose of them in a box the is locked.
