i have an aids patient but i dont really know how to write a careplan on him and am still a nursing student hunny, here on yahoo! answers is NOT the place to be asking where to write a careplan...you need to get with the cna's, doctors, nurses, family, and everyone else that takes care of him in order to determine a careplan |
