How can I set time & date on my Vextra Rite-Aid Watch?

I bought the 5.99 watch b/c I'm a broke nursing student and teh thing didn't come with directions. Went nline & couldn't find Vextra home page. Watch has 4 buttons. TopL is "light", Bottom L is "Mode", Top R is "start" and bottom R is "Reset". Please help. I need to use this watch to take vital signs.

I would imagine if you played with it long enough, you would figure it out. I'd start with the Mode button.

The best bet is to go to a store and look for other watches with open boxes to find instructions, or see if the instructions are printed on the back of new watch packages.
