An an elderly citizen of US is sent to India and he does not get social security whom to contact? |
One of my aunty who is aged 89 years, a USA citizen had served as a nurse is now sent to india to be looked after by her niece. She is not getting any social security financial aid and her niece is burdened financially. Persons in US who are power of Attorney's are not responding adequately. Advice how to approach the right organisation to solve this negligence/ disregard for the elderly ? You have to reside in the United States in order to recieve any type of government aid and this includes social security benefits. |
