You can take a first aid course, the best method is triage those that can walk away, do so those that really need your help you need to find out what their problem is, the most important thing is do not move them, stay in the car with them keep the neck and head still by putting your hands on either side of the face and support the neck. Also if they are bleeding the bleeding needs to be stopped by applying pressure to the injury. Do this until help arrives they could have permanent damage. If it interests you dear then you should take the medical first responders course. It is excellent and you will learn how to help a victim. Good luck and God bless and put angels on your pillows.

Think ABC. Airway, breathing and circulation. Without these basics, the victim dies. Many MVA's are minor often resulting in no transport to a hospital. They may or may not need spinal fixation on a long board. On the opposite end of the spectrum, victims may need extrication from a mangled vehicle and transport via helicopter to a medical facility. There are way too many variables to be specific.

Well as the others have said this question doesn't make alot of sence but i'll try. On an MVA (motor vehicle accident) you should treat all patients as if they have a spinal injury. To remove the person from the vehicle you want to use a back board or the new KED (Kendrik Extrication Devise). The main treatment for any trauma patient including patients from MVAs is ABC. Nursing management for vehicular accident victims--if you mean once they get to the ED, then, c-spine precautions, airway, breathing, circulation, vital signs, xray and all that jazz. If you mean you're a nurse and you come upon an accident while you're out and about, then scene safety is your first priority--your safety first. then the patient's safety. It's all about priorities. Is your pt conscious or unconscious? Airway is always the first priority. then breathing, then circulation. Stop the bleeding. keep them warm. Do no harm.
