Crooked doctor!?

He is charge for over prescribing narcodics-using deceased names for prescriptions-
this is my mom n laws previous dr- she signed a release for her medical records to come here(we moved her i with us) to her new dr...he cannot see her until he has a year worth of records-- the old dr and nurses-- are givin me the run around sorta speak- they aid they sent a yrs worth in 1 package(?thru?mail?) this dr here recieved it but it only has1-2months worth so they LIED! o i called the bad one back and told her they'd only recieved 1-2 months worth-- she said "Well aint that enough?" I said no maym thats not you just told me theyd need at least a yrs worth- she said well we're off tomorrow. Guess ill have to "make" them on my day off(said it twice?for some reason?) i saidwell im sorry....... and she said ok then bye!
Just want 2 know what i can do about all this-- momma is a cancer patient and allot more wrong with her too--- shes outa all her meds and cant sleep shes hurting?

in this case they are very hard to get! This is the kind of man who takes all of his poor patients- when its election time and pays them a 20$ bill to vote his way--- im talking over 10 people for every election-mom needed the money at one time and went with a friend of hers-- SO KNOWING HOW HE IS SHE THINKS HE IS EITHER ALTERING HER RECORDS(bc/he's done wrong things)--OR HE DONT WANT HER TO SEE ANOTHER DR.... i know this sounds semi-crasy but im being truthful! This man shouldnt have ever been aloud to practice anything..

Doctors can, and frequently DO, see patients without having their old records.

This doctor (or his staff) does not want to see her. Find another doctor.

Could hardly understand anything you said.

You mother needs to find another doctor if whay you say is true. No doctor would not see a cancer patient--regardless of the situation and medical records. And records are not THAT hard to get.
