Do you know about your grandma? |
The seniors, retires, disabled, are mostly parents and grandparents. These people have gone through life and have learned to take life as it comes and most do not complain no matter how bad things get. i really love my late grandma. she's a really smart lady though not many ppl pay much attention to her and i was the only one who ever really talked to her. she reads alot and was very patient with all the bullshit ppl put her through - she's like the most cool grandma/mother anyone would ever want and i've wanted to bring her to Disneyland once i'm out of school and have my own money but now she's gone. i send my prayers to her everyday and i just want to say you have a good point here in that ppl should not overlook the elderly in one's family. i love my late grandma very much and if she's still alive and nobody want her I'd take her in to live with me. That is a trick question if I've ever heard one! We are all one of those or a child of one! Me, I am both! I call my mom everyday. My grandchildren visit her often. as you say there is no answers to help them all you can do is stick by them and comfort them as i have done. i was lucky enough to have known my great great grandparents+ my grandma now and my nan and pop and i just talk them through everything that they have to go through, i think if they are lonely there pain will always be much worse! it's a hard thing but thats what i do and thats all i can kind of say to you don't complain?....you do not know my grandma (the mother of my mother)she was born complaining!!!!never satisfied aalways cruel picks on ppl she does'nt even know, thinks everyone should think and feel the way she does.has no "middle"ground.i had the privledge of knowing2great grandmothers even the racist one was not as bad as this grandmother and she can't be given eniugh,it's always about HER!!!no matter what maybe yours is a peach. we are all not so lucky.she was already told the only reason why she is tolerated is 'cause my mother is still alive! |
