What is your input on H.R. 4437? |
This bill, would make it a felony offense to be in the U.S. without proper documentation. This would push undocumented immigrants further underground, and increase the potential for exploitation by employers. This bill would also criminalize nurses, teachers, clergy, social workers, and anyone else who aids, assists, or otherwise has regular contact with undocumented immigrants. It appears to be about controlling illegal immigrants, but its really about controlling Americans. I think the bill is a bad idea. If freedom and democracy are so important to us Americans, why deny it to those less fortunate who are eager to work and contribute? Criminals will come regardless, the rest deserve dignity and respect...and hospitality. I believe Americans have the intelligence and resources...and heart to come up with a better idea... Undocumented? As in illegal? So their here illegally? Isn't helping people do something illegal already a crime? We're not a "free country" of people can commit a felony just by being here. You can say it's a good thing but after that you can't say we're free. Sounds good. If you are here, you should be here legally. If not, you should be sent back until you can enter legally. The bill is aimed mainly at corporations that use illegal labor. Everyone else is secondary. Makes sense, a criminal is a criminal, no mater what the offense. i totally agree with it. i have family in other countries and when they want to come here they have to go about it legally. I think it should be a felony and if you are harboring an illegal knowingly you should be punished. As a social worker if this law went into affect i would have no issue with reporting an illegal if i suspected or found one either. i am not in favor of 4437 its stupid mexican r more hard working than other stupid white A** americans srry i said that but it is true y r they going 2 kick them all out wen they do all the field while all the other white asses r laying theitr fat white *** on the couch watching freaking tv i think it is wrong i some should those stupid people not 2 people this freaking law and i do think us stole mexico just cuz they dont have papers doesnt mean they r not american cuz mexico is america canada is america and freaking US is america South america is america it is just b cuz they r white & they r jealous we r more hard working than their white fat *** |
