Are you asking what should happen to a doctor who killed forty children? He should have his yam sack removed and then be choked to death with it.
Is it fair? Sure, it is. The guy is a mass murderer. I think killing him is letting him off easy, but what else can you do? Rehabilitate him? Try to understand him? Blame his parents and his victims? No frigging way. Bury the piece of sh*t.

First of all, the Doctor and Nurses are considered to be innocent. If they were guilty of doing this, then the harshest and most severe punishment should have been given out. However, just because the government of Libya accused them of this doesn't mean they actually did it. That is why a fair legal system is so important. What if someone accused you of giving aids to 40 children.... the whole world would be screaming for your execution! But if you didn't do it, you would not think it was fair, would you?

In the U.S., and Western Europe, and many other countries, people are assumed to be innocent until proven guilty. The Bulgarian Nurses deserve the same right. The government of Libya let them go because of international pressure because all the evidence seems to suggest that they in fact did not do what they were accused of.

I think that he should be jailed for life this way
he can have a LONG time to think about what he did & feel some guilt, if he has any .
Killing him would just be an easy way to let him off the hook, let him suffer in jail instead.

Link to this happening, I don't pay attention to the news that much. If they killed 40 kids, they should be hung, drawn and quartered.
