Dr.Suess for nursing moms!? |
Dr. Seuss for Nursing Moms Whats your favorite part about nursing your baby? My favorite part is when he is really hungry and I start to nurse him, he moans after every one of those first couple of swallows and looks at me with his crinkled eyebrows.LOL.It's hard to explain, but ssssoooo cute! Roflolol!!! awww i love that!!! i'm preg with my first so havent nursed yet... i'm nervous & excited tho =D I'm no longer nursing, but when I was, I loved the fact that I didn't have to get out of bed to prepare a bottle. It's always ready, not preparation. I also loved the bonding time. Since my husband couldn't take a big role in feedings, we would cuddle on the couch while I was nursing, it was great family only time. Now that our son is almost 3, daddy can take a more active role in feeding, but I do miss the bonding of breastfeeding. I don't know what my favorite part is, but just want to say I love your rhyme. Thanks for sharing! Very cute poem! Reminds me of Green Eggs & Ham, my (nursing) daughter's favourite!! Oh I love this poem, I haven't seen it in a long time!!! Great poem!! So true!! Thank you for that poem, it is great! I think my favorite part is that I am the only one who can do it! Even though our 2 month old daughter is held, cuddled, changed and rocked by all our family members and friends....Mommy is the only one who feeds her. I also love that she reaches out to hold onto, or touch me when she is eating. I feel so close to her then. ahh... i am so envious of you young moms who get to nurse your babies. i unfortunately didn't have a wonderful experience. |
